BREAKING NEWS: COOKING & FOOD CULTURE 10 WEEK PROGRAM STARTS APRIL!
Many life skills are easily attainable if you have the right foundations and support. Once you have those, building and growing these skills is fun and exciting.
During our cooking programs you will grow your cooking repertoire and confidence in the kitchen.
Our programs include food options and menu selections based on dietary requirements, budgeting, organisation, time management, kitchen safety, and communication skills.
Food brings us together. We share our culture and heritage with friends and loved ones through sharing food. We get our nourishment from food and the preparation of a meal is a talent that can benefit us at home and out in the community.
Coming together and sharing a meal is a profoundly satisfying experience.
Being able to prepare a meal for yourself, your family and friends is a very rewarding experience.
